The purpose of this document is to formalize our understanding regarding Advertising Display Solutions intention to loan digital advertising device equipment to ________________________ and to set fort our mutual understanding regarding the care, custody and disposition of the digital device equipment.   1. Terms and Conditions of Equipment Loan   A. Advertising Display Solutions will loan the digital equipment on the terms and condition of this agreement. B. The equipment loan period shall be from:

F. In the event current owner discontinued current operation, device remains the sole property of Advertising Display Solutions and can be reclaimed unless agreement is renewed.
